Terms of Use

Last updated

Skapa is free to use. These terms are short, and they are here so it is clear what you can expect from us.

The app

Skapa is distributed through the Mac App Store and licensed to you under Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement. That agreement sets out what you may do with Skapa. Skapa is provided by Glenn Abrahamsen, not by Apple.

Skapa is free. It has no in-app purchases, no subscription and no advertising.

Your work

Your photos and everything you make with Skapa are yours. We claim no rights in them, and we never see them.

Skapa never changes your original files, but no software is perfect. Keep copies of photos that matter to you.

No warranty

We build Skapa with care, but it is provided “as is”, as described in the licence agreement. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss arising from its use. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the consumer laws of the country you live in.

This website

The text, images and design of this website belong to Glenn Abrahamsen. You are welcome to link to it and to quote it with credit. Skapa’s name and icon are ours; please don’t use them in a way that suggests we made or endorse something we didn’t.

Apple, Mac, macOS and Mac App Store are trademarks of Apple Inc., registered in the U.S. and other countries and regions.

Privacy

Skapa collects no data. The privacy policy explains this in full.

Changes

If these terms change, we will update this page and the date at the top.
